Having extra weight is among the most common problems of today’s women. But not many of them are aware of the fact that if we listen to natural rhythms of our body and follow the directions our body shows us, we can effectively reduce body mass and lose up to 12-15 pounds in ten weeks. All we need to do is to follow the time of the day and react properly on the needs of our body.

7 a.m. – 9 a.m. In the morning, our stomach is the first one to begin working actively. This time of the day is the best time for having a good meal. Your breakfast can include cereal with low fat milk, fresh veggies and fruit, a sandwich with dark bread, some cheese and ham, an omelet and so on.

9 a.m – 11 a.m. Our stomach has worked great and needs rest, and it is the time for peak function of our thyroid gland. If you want to have a bit so badly, keep it as light as possible.

11 a.m. – 2 p.m. This period of time is the time of maximum activity of our heart and the whole cardio-vascular system. Try not to overeat at your lunch: eat a salad and some soup.

2 p.m. – 6 p.m. In the afternoon, our kidneys and bladder are very active, therefore you need to drink a lot of water. Such foods as boiled chicken meat or seafood can be a good bite in this period of time.

6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Time for a light dinner. This time of the day we have very effective blood circulation and digestion function, therefore everything we eat can be consumed fast.

8 p.m. – 11 p.m. Our body is getting prepared to rest, therefore it is better to avoid having any type of bite.

After 11 p.m. our gall bladder gets activated, therefore strictly avoid any fatty meal! If you are dying for a bite after 11 p.m., eat a slice of fruit or drink a glass off water with 3-4 drops of lemon juice.
